Our students can choose to focus in one of six areas of study listed below, or, students can pursue careers such as Chiropractors, Pharmacists, Genetic Counselors, Podiatrists, Nurses, Optometrists, and many more.
Marist has a CAATE accredited Master of Science in Athletic Training (MSAT) program. There is a standalone two-year MSAT program and an accelerated, combined five-year dual degree where students earn both the BS in biology and the MSAT.
Marist has a CAPTE accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program. It is a three-year post-baccalaureate program. There are multiple pathways for admission into the Marist DPT program for highly qualified Marist undergraduate students.
In addition to the required coursework, you can become EMT certified for obtaining direct patient experience and will have access to special advising and workshops in preparation for applying to PA schools. Marist offers an accredited MS in Physician Assistant Studies degree program. There are direct pathways for admission into the Marist PA program for highly qualified Marist undergraduate students.

Our rigorous curriculum provides a strong scientific background for the Dental Admissions Test and dental school, and local dentists provide crucial internship experience.
