Signs and Sypmtoms of Mental Illness

First and foremost, never be afraid to ask for help! Counseling and many other resources you can find on the home page are available to help you through any of your mental health needs. Some signs include feelings of worthlessness, withdrawal, unsolicited anger, changes in eating or sleeping patterns, excess fatigue, trouble concentrating, neglect of personal care, reckless behavior, and thoughts of death or suicide. There are also physical signs such as headaches, digestive issues, or chronic pain. Once again, do not be afraid to ask for help!
