Research Interests / Areas of Focus
My professional scholarship is centered at the intersection of training, teaching, and applied consultation, with an emphasis on promoting student success, well-being, and sustainable systems-level improvement. Drawing from systems-level, ecological, instructional, and applied consultation frameworks, my work examines how school psychologists and educational leaders can implement effective, data-informed practices that enhance teaching and learning.
I am particularly interested in the development of content and tools that strengthen professional practice, whether through graduate-level training programs or ongoing educator development. My research focuses on systems-level consultation and classroom-based strategies designed to foster supportive, high-quality learning environments that respect individual backgrounds and promote academic engagement for all students.
