Dr. Stone鈥檚 early research interests involved the development of executive function skills in childhood and issues concerning the practice of school psychology and the training of school psychologists. More recently, as a community-engaged scholar and coordinator of the Marist Center for Social Justice Research (MCSJR), she prioritizes research projects that address immediate needs within the community surrounding Marist and can involve undergraduate and graduate students in the research process. Dr. Stone鈥檚 work is increasingly multi-disciplinary and involves mixed-methods data collection and analysis practices to address the complex needs of various community-partners serving underrepresented individuals and groups.
