Dr. Deborah Carter
Professional Lecturer of Education and Assessment Coordinator
Bio
Dr. Carter is a professional lecturer, researcher, and assessment coordinator in the Social and Behavioral Sciences. She has experience as a tenured elementary school teacher and as a college professor across several states. Dr. Carter has presented at numerous education conferences and conducted research primarily in the fields of mentoring and elementary mathematics education.
