Kyla Johnson is the Laboratory Director for the School of Science at 蜜月直播, overseeing laboratory operations, regulatory compliance, purchasing, data governance, and safety programs across instructional and research environments. Holding a Master of Science in Chemistry, she has more than eight years of professional experience in pharmaceuticals, chemical manufacturing, and academia, with a demonstrated ability to strengthen documentation integrity, streamline processes, and maintain audit-ready laboratory environments.

Before transitioning into academic laboratory leadership, Kyla developed a strong technical career as a chemist at Pfizer, Solvay, and Chemprene. Her industry experience includes designing and synthesizing polymers for mining applications, developing and scaling new rubber formulations, optimizing manufacturing processes through structured root-cause analysis, and conducting analytical characterization using NMR, IR, GC-MS, and HPLC. She also supported regulatory documentation, audit preparation, and high-volume operational systems in large research environments.
