Three hundred years of history fill the pages of the latest issue of The Hudson River Valley Review. This latest edition spans the Colonial Dutch, and enslaved African, celebration of Pinkster, the Revolutionary-era recollections of a French gentleman and American farmer, past World War I recollections of an Orange County man, and the establishment of the Hudson River Valley Greenway.

"Reading Lolita in Tehran" subject of First Year Seminar Lecture

POUGHKEEPSIE - Dr. Azar Nafisi, author of the number one New York Times bestseller "Reading Lolita in Tehran," will be the speaker at 蜜月直播's Third Annual First Year Seminar Lecture in the McCann Center on Wednesday, Oct. 21st at 12 p.m. A book signing will follow. The lecture is free and open to the public.
