Dr. Tracey McGrail
Associate Professor of Mathematics
Bio
Professor McGrail was born and raised in Maine. She was a double major in Mathematics and English at Saint Joseph鈥檚 College, in Standish, Maine. She learned her Ph.D. in Mathematics from Wesleyan University, in Middletown, Connecticut. In her personal life, Professor McGrail enjoys gardening, house renovations, and spending time with her husband and son.

Research Interests/Areas of Focus
Professor McGrail's Ph.D. research was in a branch of mathematical logic called Model Theory. In particular, she studied the theory of differential fields with finitely many commuting derivations. She is currently interested in developing materials for Discrete Mathematics.
