Chief Archivist

This Chief Archivist must archive all Assembly meeting minutes, legislation, board reports, and club charters passed during the administration. They maintain the Archival Council as well to maintain the past records. 

Coles Office Hours: 

Monday: 4:00p.m. - 5:00p.m.,

Tuesday: 3:30p.m. - 6:00p.m.,

Wednesday: 2:00p.m., - 5:00p.m.
